Our partner, a leader in Private Security Services Providers in the Tunisian landscape, is seeking a dynamic and bilingual Commercial Specialist to join their business development team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial sales and experience in handling call for tenders files. Fluency in both English and French is essential for this role as the candidate will be responsible for communicating and writing in both languages. The candidate should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively under pressure to meet the deadlines of the tender process.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial sales
  • Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of the private security industry in Tunisia is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase business opportunities
  • Respond to call for tenders files efficiently and accurately in English and French
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
  • Support the business development team in achieving sales targets
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and markets
